With all this possibly going on, no wonder we feel confused and sometimes distressed at this time of our lives!

I’m sure this is only some of the things on your mind or that worry you. Add hormonal changes, the need for more sleep (but probably getting less!), I’m sure it sometimes feels even worse!

It can be especially hard to talk to people we know and who care about us, because we don’t want them to worry, or worse – over react or nag us! When you come to see me, I will listen and let you decide how you would like to work towards your own goals. If your not sure what you want, we can take the time to figure that out too!

We can use the art materials and activities I have to make the experience as fun as possible, and when you need to take it slowly we can do some calming exercises to unwind. All of the things we do and talk about, you can take away with you and continue to use at home to help you cope with life.
